The house is a small 1-story house with a living room with open kitchen and big bedroom, and a bathroom. It sleeps a maximum of 4 people and is perfect for a couple, friends or people with children. The house is dog friendly and there is a large bench, but you need to bring your dog’s bed.
The living area is bright and sunny with windows on three sides. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffeemachine and water cooker, full size fridge and freezer, electrical oven, induction cooking and dish washer, everything you need for baking, an ice cream maker and toaster.
The living space has a sofa that can pull out to a double bed. It is super comfortable pulled out as a lounge sofa or to sleep on with the memory foam top matress.
The bedroom is bright and airy and catches the morning sun. It has a large double bed and big closet. There are duvets for summer and winter, as well as an extra duvet for the living room sofa. Bed linen and towels are in the closet.
The bathroom is downstairs in the finished basement. It has a shower, toilet, washstand with plenty of cabinet room and a washing machine.
The house has central heating, but this is off during the spring, summer and autumn. For chilly days and mornings, the airsource heat pump in the living room warms up the space very quickly.
There is no tv or internet connection – you can use your data plan for a hotspot. If you want, there is a large external Benq monitor available.
